We are happy to announce that the automatic creation of the RO-Crates was updated and now includes information about the Workflows and Runs. Feel free to test this out by either adding runs and workflows including CWL annotation to your ARC or rerun the pipeline if you already had everything in place!

We are currently experiencing issues with the publication process - the issue has been identified, we are working on a fix.
