Add original publication files into a folder _publication inside the ARC

• The PDF of the publication
• Supplemental data files as offered on publication page
• add a _publication/README.md with a table of links (file | url)

There is Extended Data, Supplementary Information and Source Data for this publication. I created subfolders and READMEs for each inside the _publication folder: ea7d9913, f9e172b9, 73c91279, ac4774a1, 98bfd7f6, d2de5d3e

Nice. Haven't checked them yet, but is it feasible to structure them into assays?
