3. Add publication files

Add original publication files into a folder _publication inside the ARC

• The PDF of the publication
• Supplemental data files as offered on publication page
• add a _publication/README.md with a table of links (file | url)

replaced the original pdf (as it was accepted manuscript with watermark) with pdf as article from journal
