Fix publishing

Hi @frey1 and @kMutagene maybe i missed some mandatory fields? you can call me to go quickly through the most evident errors i could possibly do or checks i should perform. 015753993694 or do you think there is an other bug buried somewhere? i regularly get pipeline error e-mails whenever i push something, but all the invenio and arc pipeline signs show passed... i guess it first happened when i turned on the invenio validation
