fix assay dataset paths

• if referencing a dataset as output of an assay, select Output [Data]
• where possible, reference single files not folders (i.e. one measurement = one line in the table)
• the dataset file names in this example contain more metadata than the annotation table (day1/2/3, BF-DIC/Laser, etc.) That metadata should be in the annotation table
