Description

Raw data of "PANTOTHENATE KINASE4, LOSS OF GDU2, and TRANSPOSON PROTEIN1 affect the canalization of tomato fruit metabolism" published in Plant Physiology (DOI: 10.1093/plphys/kiad093). The dataset consists primarily of metabolomics data from leaves and fruits of tomato plants grown across different watering regimes. The investigation aims to validate previously identified putative candidate genes relevant for the canalization of tomato fruit metabolites and therefore investigates different types of metabolic variation.
