"Weak" binding targets were chosen, i.e. those that show a really low peak coverage and/or were only found in n<3 replicates. Targets like ripA or NCgl1200 that were already investigated by Wennerhold et al. 2006 were also additionally tested, as positive control and to underline the significance of weak binding targets.
