Various additions, improvements and fixes to protemics computation

Then proteomics analysis part of the ARC was reordered and made more machine actionable:

  • Imputed Proteomics files were moved into a new "Proteomics_Imputation" software assay and annotated from the assay graph and the datamap file
  • A heatmap.fsx was added to ProteomeAnalysis workflow and a cwl file was added in conjunction with a devcontainer for actionability
  • Proteomics run now containsn a cwl and yml file, actually describing the run as an execution of the ProteomeAnalysis workflow
  • Various other smaller fixes
