The folder contains the following information:

1. prediction_model

contains a start to end prediction script that gets a fasta file and outputs the tm prediction for each protein.

2. TransformerBasedTMPrediction

contains the scripts that were used to create the files found in runs/TransformerBasedTMPrediction
